How do I book a free consultation?
Call 519-756-5679, email info@rcorwindowsanddoors.com, or submit the contact form on this page. In-person consultations are held at the RCOR showroom at 431 Newbold Street, London, Ontario — virtual consultations are also available.

What are RCOR's showroom hours?
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Saturday: by appointment only. Closed Sunday.

Do you service areas outside London, Ontario?
Yes. RCOR serves London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, and all of Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford Counties in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

What does the consultation include?
The consultation includes a review of your project goals, product education (brands, profiles, glazing options), initial measurements if applicable, and a tailored quote. There is no obligation and no fee.

What is the typical lead time from order to installation?
Because products are manufactured to order in Europe, typical lead time from signed contract to installation is approximately 8–10 weeks, depending on system and season.
